| How fast can I get my order? |
Many items are available in a week or less - some are available in as little as 2-3 working days. Most promotional items, however, take 7-10 production days - plus freight time. If time is a concern please discuss that with your customer service representative.

| What kind of artwork is needed? |
Great Impressions uses a wide variety of imprinting processes because of our vast selection of items and services. In general for most items a vector format digital file is best. A vector file can be scaled up or down without any loss of quality in reproduction. The most common formats are .ps or .eps (post script and encapsulated post script), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), and .cdr (Corel Draw). Adobe pdf files are acceptable for many items if prepared properly. Files such as .tif, .jpg and .gif are bitmap files and will greatly deteriorate in quality if enlarged. Bitmap files may be useable in some cases. After receiving any artwork our graphics department will contact you about any problems or changes needed.

| What's Included In Promotional Products Prices? |
Most of the promotional products include a 1 location, 1 standard color imprint. There are normally optional charges for more than 1 color and/or 1 location. When items can be imprinted in more than 1 color and/or location there are normally additional imprint and setup charges. Each vendor has there own standard colors, but in most cases custom PMS color matches are available for an addtional charge. Our product specialists will be able to advise you on any product you may have questions about.
